1. Returns
You have 7 from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags or seals intact.
• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
